Bone and Joint Canada

The Global Alliance is seeking the support of your organisation / National Action Network and member organisations in making a Call for Action to policymakers for explicit plans to control the burden of Musculoskeletal conditions.

The attached letter explains why there is an urgent need to focus on Musculoskeletal health becoming a public health priority.

We are calling on health policy makers at national and regional levels and the WHO for explicit plans to deal with the large and growing burden of Musculoskeletal conditions and injuries on individuals and society.

Please sign and return the endorsement (below) to the Global Alliance to show your support for the Call for Action.

About Bone and Joint Canada

Bone and Joint Canada (BJC) has developed partnerships across Canada with health care providers committed to the management of people presenting with musculoskeletal disorders. Working through clinical, administrative and policy leaders in each of the provinces BJC has developed a network approach to improving system performance and patient care. By working together and building on these relationships there are significant opportunities for improving the care for MSK patients across Canada through the next decade.
